On most major computer systems, including desktops and laptops, your issue may be resolved remotely if it's possible to safely do so. Sometimes, only an experienced technician on-site can fully troubleshoot your problems. You will be advised ahead of time what is needed, depending on your computer issues.
Bear Tech Go offers in-person tutorials and teaching sessions to help you conquer your technology. We also offer remote sessions (only on desktops and laptops) where you can fast-track your learning of specific tasks on your device instantly.
